Here are a couple of pictures of the armoured radiator louver control. a simple plunger and rail lock, but see how its put together, and more importantly , how easy it would be to replace a damaged part . Keep in mind this control has to hold up the 4 1/4 inch steel louvers, while off road ! What do you think we would have today ? a computer controlled thermo sensor system ?
